How to cook "HIGA" rice?

- Measure the rice by cup, put into the pan. Wash HAIGA rice gently.
Rinse them 2-3 times,then put water completely out of the pan.
Measure the water 1 and 1/4 cup against 1 cup of rice.Put into the rice cooker.
- For the best result,before you start cooking,soak rice about 30 minutes in the water.
