A Key element to our success is where the rice is grown, the cultural practice utilised in the growing process, and how and when the rice is harvested.We analyse all quality characteristics of the rice before milling. We slowly mill for quality. Only "perfect" rice will be called "TAMAKI GOLD"

What is "HAIGA" rice?
"HAIGA" is the word for "RICE GERM" in japanese. Tamaki HAIGA rice is a fully milled kernel that retains its own rice germ. HAIGA rice tastes and cooks similar to Japanese rice, yet preserves many of the kernel`s natural Vitamins and other nutrients.


What`s good about "HAIGA" rice?
Rice germ contains a lot of Vitamins (Vitamin B1, B2, B6, and E),
Fiber and GABA (Gammar Amino Butyric Acid).
